There are a lot of way’s to create best eCommerce store. If you find something better then WooCommerce then you might have to delete WooCommerce from your Website first.
So in this article, you are going to learn the way to delete WooCommerce from your WordPress.
Delete Woocommerce from WordPress
Step 1: Login your WordPress dashboard.
Step 2: Now go to plugin section here you will have to find WooCommerce plugin to deactivate.
Plugin deactivates means you are stopping the functionalities and deleting means you are removing it from WordPress but deleting will only delete plugin all the data order, products etc will remain in the database.
If next time again you want a new start with your WooCommerce then first of you have to delete all the WooCommerce database. If not they will be fetched again on next install.
To delete you have to modify your wp-config.php, here you have to define,
define( ‘WC_REMOVE_ALL_DATA’, true); on its own line above the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ line. That’s it.
You WooCommerce data will be removed after deleting this plugin from your WordPress.
